Fitz - The 76 (Mini Review & Download)

There's some new artists that come, and don't deliver. Well this certainly not the case here. Fitz has completely knocked this mixtape out the park. When I have the time ill do an in depth review, but for now I'll do the mini review. Of course with any album/Mixtape there leaves room for improvement, Not to take away what Fitz has done here..there's 2 or more tracks where the delivery seems a little forced, That's really the only thing that can lower the score for me. The mixtape is solid, totally underrated and not to be overlooked at all.

Lyrical content, Production is all there..and for the most part 'Delivery' is there, with the exception of a few tracks. On 'Live it Up' seems the lyrics are over forced, & try's to spit out a few words ahead of the other. I repeat this does not take away MUCH from the tape. For anyone who is fans of Paul Thompson, M.I.C., & Axis then this will satisfy..although it's proven on this tape.. Fitz stands on his own as an artist.

I Don't remember ever anticipating an album as much as I did this one. The SSLP was perfect to me, & I easily became a fan. Kinda reluctant to be because, most "white" rappers either lacked skill, or it just wasn't the cool thing to do to be a fan of a white rapper, even I'm white myself. The day i went and picked THIS album up though, I couldn't wait to open the packaging-and see if he could top the album, that made me become a fan of his. Well, "who knew' that the MMLP would top SSLP and on top of it be his 'gem' his 'classic', his 'masterpiece'. This album, is easily his greatest work, as I listen to this album right now & like back then I can see why. So I can only hope that from listening to 'Not Afraid' & 'Despicable' & the many features he's had recently..that 'Recovery' can live up to it, or at least come 2nd to this Great album.

The Only thing i see wrong with this piece is the flow is off at times, but that's a minor fix..and can be corrected with some practice. If he had a better mic, this would be a sure GEM for any true Hip-Hop fan, I'm personally looking forward to future projects that this man can put together, and with better flow and recording material- there's really nothing that he can't accomplish.. I applaud him. So sit back and enjoy this mixtape/album cuz its def. a breath of fresh air, Vibe in the music!.

Iiiiight, here it is- a little treat for everyone/weezy fans. This is a 30 track collection that i put together from the first 12 volumes of my Lil Wayne 'Predator' series, I never posted them online or anything just made them for myself and for people around my neighborhood to earn a little xtra cash on the side, I made over 800 bucks off the series alone, Not bad!. Anyway, back to this tape.. I've compiled over 30 tracks from the series including a few tracks i never put on the tapes before, into a 30 track collection mixtape. I think it flows together real well, The Original series was based off of unreleased (at the time) material, My remixes, well known tracks, new tracks (at the time) & a few retail tracks.
